Return Policy

At Seven 0 Three LLC, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be free from any odors, stains, or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at or****@*********ee.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive a Return Label: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Label and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Ship Your Return: Package your return securely and use our return label- please have proof of purchase available. Returns should be sent to:

  1. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at or****@*********ee.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
